Greenville Tech Quick Jobs

The Quick Jobs program at Greenville Technical College allows working adults or those in career transition to quickly obtain skills matching the needs of local area business and industry. Housed in the Buck Mickel Center on South Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville, SC, Quick Jobs offers training and certifications that are skills specific and job preparatory with most courses lasting three months or less. Classes are held at convenient times and locations, and at prices that are affordable. In this video, Quick Jobs With A Future Program Director Steve Hand talks about the variety of hands-on training and job opportunities available to Quick Jobs students in the growing heath care industry such as Certified Nursing Assistant (CAN), Phlebotomist, Medical Coding, Hospital Billing & Coding, and Ophhthalmic Medical Assistant. Quick Jobs offers many other education and retraining options including Truck Driver Training, Welding, Carpentry and Plumbing. In 2008, 2,554 students completed Quick Jobs training with seventy five percent of those finding employment even in a difficult economy.
