The Pavilion Recreation Complex

The Pavilion Recreation Complex is one of the area's premier indoor and outdoor sports and recreation destinations. Located on Greenville's eastside, the facility is open to the public year round. The 66,000 square foot indoor complex offers ice and inline skating rinks, table tennis, conference and meeting rooms, volleyball and game area. The sixteen-acre campus of the Greenville County Recreation District features three soccer fields, George The Train, six tennis courts, playground and horseshoe pits. Programs including after school care, summer day camps, tennis, table tennis and skating instruction are just a few of the many activities offered at the facility. The Pavilion professional staff is committed to providing the highest quality family entertainment, training, and special events for guests of all ages. In this video, Ted Lambert of the Greenville County Recreation District shows viewers some of the features of The Pavilion including the indoor ice skating rink, soccer fields and tennis courts. Viewers also see the Bounce House, a new indoor feature with 7,000 square feet of bouncing, jumping, climbing, sliding and crawling inflatables. Over the years, The Pavilion skate school has produced nationally ranked figure skaters, served thousands of children in afterschool and summer day camp programs, hosted countless seasonal events and regional soccer tournaments, and been a leader in providing unique recreational services to Greenville area residents and visitors.
