Dillard-Jones Builders, LLC of Greenville, SC was established in 2004 and has quickly grown into an award-winning custom homebuilder. The company was founded by Thomas Dillard, a degreed mechanical engineer with more than 20 years of corporate experience in project management and sales. In 2006, Dillard-Jones Builders received a prestigious Merit Award in the Home Builders Association of South Carolina Pinnacle Awards, and that same year was named a member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program. In 2007, the company took home six Best of Show awards during the Tour of New Homes for its first Southern Living Custom Builder Show House located in Griffith Farm in Greer, SC. In 2009, Dillard-Jones Builders was named Southern Living Custom Builder of the Year for its successful presentation of the 2008 Southern Living Custom Builder Holiday Show House in Tuscany Falls in Simpsonville, SC. More than 3,500 area residents attended the 10-day show house tour and $8,500 was raised for the YWCA of Greenville.
