Services
GreenvilleHD.com Web site (the "Site") is owned and operated by My City and provides video and other content about Greenville, SC and the surrounding area, and other informational services ("Services"). My City authorizes you to view and use the materials at this Site only for your personal and internal business use, provided that you agree to these Terms. If you establish an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of the account identification and password and you are solely responsible for all activities conducted under such account. Some of the Services are supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions. Other than your Submissions, you may not modify the materials on this Site in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute, or otherwise use them for any public or external business purpose. Controlling Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. My City controls the Site from Greenville, South Carolina, United States of America and makes no representation that these materials, services or products are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you uses the Web Sites from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. You and My City agree that the state and federal courts located in Greenville, South Carolina shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms and that such courts shall be the exclusive venues for the resolution of such disputes.
