Carrie Brown, from Greenville, South Carolina is an experimental water media artist and national juror. She is also a noted instructor, having amassed 40 years of teaching experience throughout the United States and Canada.
A native of Georgia, Carrie studied art at Mercer University and the Art Institute of Atlanta. She continued her art education at Furman University in Greenville. She has been an intructor at the Greenville Museum Center for Education since 1977. In addition to a productive career as an artist and art educatior, she has served on the board of the South Carolina Arts Commission.
