Jim Lee For Congress
Republican conservative Jim Lee is running for U.S. Congress in the Fourth District of South Carolina because he says the federal government no longer represents “We the People.” Lee is one of five Republican Congressional candidates who will be on the ballot in a primary election to be held on June 10, 2010. In this video, Lee is interviewed after a candidate’s forum held at the BMW Zentrum in Greer, SC. In the interview, Lee says that Congress is too large, too powerful, and has wavered far from the purpose for which it was originally intended. In this video, Lee says a principled, responsible and conservative leadership is needed in Congress. He said that members of Congress need to remember that the United States was founded on Judeo Christian principles, and that they should hold fast to those principles. A resident of Mauldin, SC, Lee is an Air Force veteran and has been an Air Force Reservist for more than 29 years. He is an information technology and business consultant, and has worked with Fortune 100 companies, as well as small and medium-sized businesses.
Lee and his wife, Laurie, have five children ranging in age from 14 to 26. He previously held elected office as a school board member.
